The hotel was in a good location. They provided transport until the ban Ganga for way to Vaishno devi temple. Staff was helpful. Amenities were as expected. Service was a bit slow, and the facility was a bit poorly maintained. For example, bathroom tap and towel rack were loose fitted as we kept towels on the rack it fell off, and all the clothes were wet and dirty . The breakfast buffet was a good options and taste was just good enough. Overall, it's good for staying 2 days.

very arrogant staffs. lot of attitude food quality was very bad. mostly uncooked food. I got food poisoned because of that.

Nice hotel. Good location. Neat and clean. Spacious rooms. Enough parking. Hot water. Food taste is basic and not all items mentioned in the menu are available. Auto takes 100/- for main market and 250/- for Banganga check post. Hotel provides free transfer between railway station, helipad, Banganga check post.

Dear team at hotel grand sharan, i recently had the pleasure of staying at your property and overall, my experience was quite good. The hospitality, cleanliness, and comfort provided were commendable, which reflects the standard of a 4-star property. However, i would like to share a small suggestion to enhance the guest experience further. Some essential amenities such as a dental kit and a hair dryer were unavailable in the room. These are typically expected as part of the standard offerings at a 4-star property, and ensuring their availability would significantly improve guest satisfaction. Thank you for your warm hospitality, and i look forward to staying with you again.
